When to Schedule a Newborn Session:
Best Age: Newborn sessions are recommended when babies are 5-14 days old for the sleepiest, most curled-up poses. Sessions can still be done up to 6 weeks old, but babies will be more alert and less likely to stay in newborn-style poses.
Best Time of Day: Newborn sessions are best scheduled in the morning or early afternoon, when babies are usually sleepiest and the light is soft and natural.
